no comments We heart the Ombré effect {shaded or graduated in tone} especially when the color is yellow! The Pastry Studio had a wonderful time creating this one-of-a-kind special design for Betty Jane France‘s birthday celebration. She loves Red Velvet Cake so we made this tiered cake with smooth red velvet cake layers filled with cream cheese icing. The outside of the cake is covered in yellow fondant,filled with lots & lots of yellow sugar-paste blossoms and finished off with a side silk organza ribbon. We use shrink wrap bags and try not to have any crumbs when we (heat wrap) each cookie. Super cute idea! What kind of bags did you use? I usually use the cello bags, but yours really do a good job of hiding any crumbs and accenting the shape of the cookie! |
